When they ask for the receipt, just say you didn't get it with the present, and that you're sorry. Just REMEMBER to make sure that the product is under $30, because otherwise they'll call a supervisor, and they won't charge you or anything, they just won't give you the money. Aaaanyways, under any circumstances, they'll give you a voucher with the money (that the product was worth), and you can just go, and there – money for H&M. I worked there, I know it works.
